உளதாய்இலதாய்ச் சிறிதாய்ப்பெரிதாய் நிஜமாய்ஜகத்காரண..மானவனே
இறையே  ஸ்திரபுத்தி விவேகத்தினை அருளிடு சாயி இக்கணமே 
சிவபரமசிவா சிவசக்தியே வா  சிறுவயதினிலே குரு நீயல்லவா
மமகாரமும் மோகமும் சென்றிடவே அருளிடு சாயி இக்கணமே 
சுடுதே வினையே என்றுதான் விடுமோ என நல்மனம் சஞ்சலமாகியதால்

ஜகத்தின் பொருளும் ஒளிகூட்டிடுமோ சுகபோகமும்தான் வழிகாட்டிடுமோ 
அறிவாய் மனிதாஇதை என்றகுரு அருள் தந்திடு சாயி இக்கணமே 
முனிபுங்கவர் சென்றடர் கானகத்தே தவத்தால் மனத்தால் உனைத்தேடிஒளி 
தருவாய்என த்யானத்தில் வேண்டுவதை அருள் தந்திடு சாயி இக்கணமே 
குருவாய் அருளாய் ஜகம்வந்துஉலா..விடும்உன்னையல்லால்  ஒரு தெய்வமெது 
பவம் போக்கவே தேடி அன்பாய் வருவாய் அருள் தந்திடு சாயி இக்கணமே 
அருள்தந்திடும் உன்பத..மேசரணம் ..அருள் தந்திடும்  சாயி நின் சரணம் ..!
